Situé au cœur de la ZAC Marenda-Lacan à Antibes, cet espace commercial de 70 m² se présente comme une respiration douce dans le nouveau paysage urbain. Pensé comme un petit paysage à part entière, le projet invite à une lecture apaisée, où chaque élément trouve naturellement sa place entre présence et discrétion.
Une architecture sensible au service du soin
Imaginé pour refléter l'univers d'Avril Cosmétiques Bio, le lieu exprime des valeurs d'authenticité et de simplicité. L'aménagement privilégie une circulation fluide et intuitive, soutenue par une organisation claire et harmonieuse.
Ce projet d'architecture commerciale repose sur des formes épurées et des lignes nettes. La répétition des présentoirs crée un rythme léger qui guide le regard en douceur. Chaque détail contribue à un ensemble cohérent où esthétique et fonctionnalité se complètent.
Des matériaux chaleureux inspirés par le Sud
Les matériaux, inspirés des couleurs du Sud, instaurent une ambiance chaleureuse : enduits à la chaux, terracotta, terrazzo, bois patiné et métal mat se mêlent dans une palette sobre et lumineuse. Ces matières, choisies pour leur texture et leur évolution dans le temps, renforcent le lien avec le lieu.
La lumière, qu'elle soit naturelle ou artificielle, révèle les textures, souligne les lignes et crée des jeux d'ombres et de reflets délicats. L'ensemble compose une atmosphère calme, pensée pour éveiller les sens sans jamais les solliciter excessivement.
Des éléments distinctifs, comme le comptoir en brique de terre cuite ou le coin vasque conçu comme un moment de rituel, viennent ponctuer l'espace. Ce lieu mêle matière, lumière et rythme dans une harmonie discrète, au service du geste et du temps.

A thoughtful architecture dedicated to well-being
Designed to reflect the world of Avril Organic Cosmetics, the space expresses the brand's values of authenticity and simplicity. The layout promotes fluid and intuitive circulation, supported by a clear and harmonious spatial organisation.
This retail architecture project is based on clean forms and refined lines. The repetition of the display units creates a subtle rhythm that gently guides visitors through the space. Every detail contributes to a cohesive whole where aesthetics and functionality work hand in hand.
Warm materials inspired by Southern France
The material palette, inspired by the colours of Southern France, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lime plaster, terracotta, terrazzo, patinated wood and matte metal come together in a restrained yet luminous composition. Selected for their texture and their ability to age gracefully, these materials strengthen the connection between the store and its surroundings.
Both natural and artificial light reveal the richness of the materials, highlight the architectural lines and create delicate plays of light and shadow. The resulting atmosphere is calm and carefully designed to stimulate the senses without overwhelming them.
Distinctive features, such as the terracotta brick counter and the washbasin area conceived as a moment of ritual, punctuate the space. The project brings together materials, light and rhythm in a discreet harmony that celebrates care, craftsmanship and the passage of time.
