Le brief du gestionnaire de cet immeuble de bureaux était de moderniser l’accueil et les espaces de services qu’il trouvait sombres et peu conviviaux.
Ce projet d'architecture tertiaire a consisté à faire rentrer un maximum de lumière en utilisant des matériaux clairs et chaleureux. Il s'agissait également d'inviter la nature à l’intérieur par les papiers peints et les matières douces.
La partie lounge et cuisine possèdent tout le confort moderne pour que les utilisateurs puissent se détendre pendant leurs poses.
Mélangés aux espaces de services classiques, on peut trouver divers lieux de coworking ou des réunions informelles peuvent s’organiser.

The brief from the manager of this office building was to modernise the reception area and service spaces, which he found dark and uninviting.
This office space design project focused on bringing in as much light as possible using bright and warm materials. It also involved inviting nature indoors through wallpapers and soft textures.
The lounge and kitchen areas have all the modern comforts so that users can relax during their breaks.
Interspersed with the standard service spaces, various coworking spots can be found where informal meetings can take place.
