Refurbishment of a 85m² appartment with kitchen opening onto the living room
- Dimensions : 85 m²
- Objectifs : freshen up and tint the apartement
The result after the work is striking!
Each space exudes its own atmosphere, complemented by a color palette from Ressource Peintures. Subtle accents and the use of a “cement greige white” were skillfully integrated.
An open kitchen connected to the living room
The kitchen now opens more onto the living area. To preserve its elegance, a custom glass partition, inspired by Art Deco, was installed as a divider between the entrance and the redesigned kitchen. Its doors open simultaneously, providing a sense of space and depth, while the walnut façades add an extra touch of elegance to the kitchen units.
Custom library in the living room
In the living room, in addition to creating a custom library, special attention was given to the wall behind the fireplace, painted in a vibrant red named “Thé de Chine”. The choice of this shade is crucial to create the desired atmosphere.
Celestial blue in the bathroom
The bathroom and toilets also underwent a transformation. The “celestial blue” harmonizes with the blue coarse-grain porcelain tiles, inspired by terrazzo, according to architect Luigi Romanelli.
Our work was completed with a careful selection of personal items and furniture, resulting in a harmonious and welcoming overall environment.
