Ce bel appartement situé au dernier étage d'un bâtiment neuf bénéficie de 2 belles terrasses de 60 et 95 m² qui ont fait l’objet d’un aménagement paysager pour offrir une belle intimité et une atmosphère chaleureuse et méridionale.

Limiter le vis-à-vis

Initié avant que le bâtiment ne sorte de terre, ce projet d’aménagement paysager avait pour objectif de limiter les vis à vis, en rendant les plus discrets possible certains bâtiments disgracieux situé à proximité, sans pour autant bloquer la vue sur la ville.

Deux espaces distincts

La terrasse côté Est est dédiée au petit déjeuner sous les premiers rayons du soleil.

La terrasse plein Sud est équipée d'une pergola bio-climatique. Elle accueille un généreux coin repas, un salon d'angle ainsi qu'un jacuzzi habillé de bois.

Une végétation méridionale

Un mariage entre 3 types de pots dans des tons naturels et dans l'esprit du bâtiment créé une ambiance chaleureuse, renforcée par le choix d'essences végétales majoritairement méridionales par l'architecte-paysagiste.

This beautiful apartment on the top floor of a new building benefits from 2 generous terraces of 60 and 95 m² that were landscaped to provide a lovely sense of privacy and a warm, southern atmosphere.

Limiting overlooking

Initiated before the building was constructed, this landscaping project aimed to limit overlooking, making nearby unsightly buildings as discreet as possible, without blocking the view over the city.

Two distinct spaces

The east-facing terrace is dedicated to breakfast under the first rays of sunlight.

The south-facing terrace is equipped with a bioclimatic pergola. It features a generous dining area, a corner sofa and a wood-clad jacuzzi.

Southern vegetation

A combination of 3 types of pots in natural tones, in keeping with the spirit of the building, creates a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by the choice of predominantly southern plant species by the landscape designer.
