Bien que l'espace fût habitable en l’état, les nouveaux propriétaires souhaitaient s’approprier les lieux en y intégrant des touches décoratives plus personnelles et en créant une ambiance qui leur ressemble. Les anciens murs blancs et les revêtements en papier peint ont été remplacés par une palette de couleurs soigneusement sélectionnée, alternant entre teintes douces et nuances plus profondes, afin de créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante.
Une pièce de vie ouverte et conviviale
Dans le séjour de 40 m², la cuisine ouverte a été entièrement repensée, notamment l’agencement de l’îlot central, pour gagner en fonctionnalité tout en optimisant l’espace au sol. Les façades colorées, inspirées du design scandinave, et le plan de bar en chêne naturel ont permis d'insuffler une ambiance convivale et stylée dans cet espace technique.
Le coin salon a également bénéficié d'une attention particulière : la bibliothèque redessinée et peinte en vert olive confère du cachet à l’ensemble, tout en mettant en valeur les objets des propriétaires.
Une entrée pratique et accueillante
L’entrée a été transformée en un espace enveloppant, plongé dans un bleu de Prusse profond, sublimé par des touches de laiton. Pour créer une séparation subtile avec le séjour, l'architecte d'intérieur a proposé d'ajouter un claustra graphique composé de lames de bois laquées, apportant à la fois élégance et légèreté.
Une suite parentale raffinée
Dans le couloir menant à la suite parentale, les placards existants ont été réinventés avec des portes sur mesure et une bibliothèque aux finitions raffinées, comme les joints creux formant un motif géométrique distinctif, ainsi que des laques vert cèdre et eucalyptus. La chambre parentale, quant à elle, se distingue par sa tête de lit et ses chevets suspendus, conçus dans une harmonie avec le reste de la pièce. Le parquet en chêne massif et les tasseaux en bois apportent une touche de chaleur, tandis que les voilages aux teintes naturelles habillent élégamment la baie vitrée, transformant l’espace en un véritable cocon.
Une mise en scène harmonieuse et raffinée
Côté ameublement et décoration intérieure, le mobilier des propriétaires a été complété par des pièces design soigneusement sélectionnées, ainsi que par des œuvres d’art et des luminaires. Chaque objet contribue à sublimer les différentes pièces de vie, créant une mise en scène harmonieuse et raffinée.
Personalisation down to the smallest detail
Although the space was perfectly livable as it stood, the new owners wanted to truly make it their own by incorporating more personal decorative touches and creating an atmosphere that reflects who they are. The former white walls and wallpaper coverings were replaced with a carefully selected color palette, alternating between soft tones and deeper shades, to create a warm and welcoming ambiance.
An open and welcoming living space
In the 40 m² living area, the open kitchen was completely redesigned, particularly the layout of the central island, to improve functionality while optimizing floor space. The colorful fronts, inspired by Scandinavian design, combined with the natural oak bar top, bring a convivial and stylish atmosphere to this technical space.
The lounge area also received special attention: the redesigned library, painted in olive green, adds character to the whole while highlighting the owners’ personal objects.
A practical and welcoming entrance
The entrance was transformed into an enveloping space, immersed in a deep Prussian blue enhanced by brass accents. To create a subtle separation from the living area, the interior designer proposed adding a graphic wooden screen, composed of lacquered wooden slats, bringing both elegance and lightness.
A refined master suite
In the corridor leading to the master suite, the existing closets were reimagined with custom-made doors and a built-in library featuring refined finishes, such as recessed joints forming a distinctive geometric pattern, along with cedar green and eucalyptus lacquer finishes. The master bedroom stands out with its custom-designed headboard and floating bedside tables, created in harmony with the rest of the space. Solid oak flooring and wooden slats add warmth, while sheer curtains in natural tones elegantly dress the bay window, transforming the room into a true cocoon.

In terms of furniture and interior decoration, the owners’ existing pieces were complemented with carefully selected designer furniture, artworks, and lighting fixtures. Each element enhances the different living spaces, creating a harmonious and refined composition.
