Une chape de béton au plafond
Dès l’entrée dans la pièce de vie principale, le regard est immédiatement capté par la chape en béton apparent au plafond, un choix audacieux qui confère à l’espace une atmosphère contemporaine et industrielle. Le salon-séjour, baigné de lumière naturelle, est dominé par des éléments de mobilier en noyer, créant un contraste harmonieux avec la sobriété des murs blancs. Un fauteuil Eames, pièce iconique du design du XXe siècle, ajoute une touche de raffinement et de confort à cette rénovation.
Une cuisine épurée
La cuisine ouverte, véritable chef-d'œuvre, se distingue par des placards en noyer aux lignes épurées et un plan de travail en marbre blanc. Ce mariage entre le bois chaleureux et la pureté du marbre confère à cette pièce une élégance intemporelle, tout en répondant aux exigences fonctionnelles du quotidien.
Une suite minimaliste
La chambre, imaginée comme une suite parentale, s'articule autour d'une palette de tons gris et blancs, créant une ambiance apaisante. Upon entering the main living area, the eye is immediately drawn to the exposed concrete slab on the ceiling — a bold choice that gives the space a contemporary and industrial atmosphere. The living-dining room, bathed in natural light, is dominated by walnut furniture, creating a harmonious contrast with the simplicity of the white walls. An Eames chair, an iconic piece of 20th-century design, adds a touch of refinement and comfort to this renovation.
A sleek kitchen
The open kitchen, a true masterpiece, features walnut cabinets with clean lines and a white marble countertop. This combination of warm wood and pure marble gives the room timeless elegance while meeting everyday functional requirements.
A minimalist suite
The bedroom, conceived as a master suite, is organized around a palette of gray and white tones, creating a calming ambiance. Long gray curtains and soft textiles add a cozy dimension, while the adjoining bathroom stands out with raw cement tiles, bringing a touch of authenticity.
