Dans un immeuble parisien chargé d’histoire datant de 1790, situé dans le 7e arrondissement, nous avons redonné vie à un appartement en conjuguant fonctionnalité et esthétisme. Notre cliente souhaitait un espace à la fois pratique et élégant, tout en respectant l’âme des lieux.
Préserver l’héritage de l’appartement
Ce projet incarne notre volonté de marier l’authenticité architecturale à des choix modernes et réfléchis, pour un résultat harmonieux et intemporel.
Fidèles à notre approche respectueuse du patrimoine architectural parisien, nous avons choisi de préserver les caractéristiques historiques de l’appartement, comme les poutres en bois apparentes. L’objectif était de proposer une rénovation où le charme de l’ancien dialogue avec des éléments plus contemporains, tout en apportant le confort moderne attendu par les clients.
Une cuisine ouverte
Au cœur de l’appartement, on trouve une cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie qui se distingue par son esthétique affirmée. Pour renforcer la singularité de la cuisine, un revêtement Fenix, aux lignes épurées et au toucher mat, a été sélectionné. Ce choix audacieux confère à l’ensemble une atmosphère chaleureuse et résolument parisienne.
La salle de séjour
Le séjour de l’appartement propose des lignes épurées ainsi qu’une ambiance douce et feutrée, tout autant adaptée à la détente et aux moments de partage. L’agencement harmonieux des meubles et le choix de couleurs délicates créent un espace accueillant qui mêle héritage du passé et esthétique contemporaine.
Un espace bureau
Pour le coin bureau, nous avons envisagé un espace de productivité, fonctionnel et apaisant, adapté au télétravail. La lumière naturelle est mise en valeur pour favoriser la concentration. Un mobilier aux finitions soignées inspire une atmosphère professionnelle et raffinée.
La salle de bain
La salle d’eau de l’appartement apparaît comme un espace de bien-être sobre et lumineux. Des matériaux aux tons clairs et des lignes minimalistes ont été privilégiés, de façon à offrir un contraste subtil avec l’authenticité du lieu. Cette pièce, véritable bulle de sérénité, invite à la détente et au ressourcement.
Located in a historic Parisian building dating back to 1790 in the 7th arrondissement, this apartment renovation brings together functionality and aesthetics. Our client wanted a space that was both practical and elegant, while fully respecting the soul of the property.
Preserving the apartment’s heritage

True to our respect for Parisian architectural heritage, we chose to preserve the historic features of the apartment, such as the exposed wooden beams. The goal was to create a renovation where the charm of the old dialogues with contemporary elements, while providing the modern comfort expected by today’s clients.
An open-plan kitchen
At the heart of the apartment is an open-plan kitchen connected to the living area, distinguished by its bold aesthetic. To enhance its character, a Fenix surface with clean lines and a matte touch was selected. This daring choice gives the space a warm and distinctly Parisian atmosphere.
The living room
The living room features clean lines and a soft, intimate atmosphere, perfectly suited to both relaxation and social moments. The harmonious furniture layout and the choice of subtle colours create a welcoming space that blends heritage and contemporary aesthetics.
A home office area
For the workspace, we designed a functional, calm and productive environment, ideal for remote working. Natural light is highlighted to support concentration, while carefully finished furniture creates a professional and refined atmosphere.
The bathroom
The bathroom is conceived as a bright and serene wellness space. Light-toned materials and minimalist lines were chosen to provide a subtle contrast with the authenticity of the property. This room, a true haven of tranquillity, invites relaxation and renewal.
