Interior design of a Parisian pastry shop

L’état d’esprit créatif et poétique du chef a inspiré le concept de ce projet d’architecture commerciale. L’objectif était de proposer une boutique aussi élégante que joyeuse.
Une large courbe en bois couleur chocolat et en chaux encadre un cœur en laiton doré, le tout baigné dans une ambiance haussmannienne parisienne rehaussée d’une note florale rose.
Le comptoir de préparation et l’îlot central d’accueil composent un espace ouvert, chaleureux et convivial. L’enduit de chaux brossé apporte une texture douce et gourmande à l’atmosphère intérieure, perceptible des clients dès les premiers pas.
L’espace laboratoire consacré à la production des pâtisseries est visible depuis la rue. On y trouve des dalles de miroir qui donnent de la profondeur derrière le gigantesque four. Les inox scintillent, l’escalier bois et rose adoucit l’espace.
Le lieu est conçu comme une bijouterie avec une grande ouverture sur la rue. Une large façade traditionnelle accueille d’une part une très grande vitrine claire de vitrage sur l’exposition de pâtisserie, et d’autre part une entrée de trois portes rabattable les une sur les autres, permettant aux visiteurs de s’engouffrer pleinement dans le lieu.
La façade accueille une enseigne monumentale ainsi qu’un store imposant de couleur blanche qui contraste avec le noir de la devanture et la protége des intempéries et du soleil.

The chef’s creative and poetic mindset inspired the concept of this commercial architecture project. The goal was to design a boutique that is as elegant as it is joyful.
A large chocolate-colored wooden curve and lime frame a golden brass heart, all set within a Parisian Haussmannian ambiance enhanced by a subtle pink floral note.
The preparation counter and the central reception island form an open, warm, and welcoming space. The brushed lime plaster adds a soft and gourmet texture to the interior atmosphere, noticeable to clients from the very first steps.
The laboratory area, dedicated to pastry production, is visible from the street. Mirror tiles create depth behind the gigantic oven. The stainless steel gleams, while the wooden and pink staircase softens the space.
The shop is designed like a jewelry store with a large street-facing opening. A wide traditional façade features a large clear display window showcasing pastries, alongside a three-panel folding entrance allowing visitors to fully enter the space.
The façade includes a monumental sign and a large white awning, contrasting with the black storefront while protecting it from the weather and sun.
